DOS Defender, Ludum Dare #31 (Aralık 2014) için bir x86 gerçek mod DOS oyunudur. Az sayıda DOS makinelerinin hâlâ mevcut olmasından dolayı hedef platform aslında DOSBox'dır, ancak herhangi bir DOS sisteminde belli bir noktaya kadar çalışması gerekir. Oyun fareyle oynanabilir ancak oyun kolu ile oynanmak için tasarlanmıştır.
Özet
DOS Defender is an x86 real mode 2D shooter. Since few DOS machines still exist, the target platform is actually DOSBox, though it should work to some extent in other virtual machines. The game can be played with a mouse but it's intended to be played with a joystick/gamepad.
