	    00h get extended file attributes
	    01h set extended file attributes
		CL = extended file attributes (see #01804)
	DS:DX -> ASCIZA NUL-terminated ASCII string.	The ASCIZ string "ABC" consists of the four bytes 41h, 42h, 43h, and 00h.  Unless otherwise specified, maximum lengths given in the interrupt list do not include the terminating NUL. pathname (max 255 bytes)
Return: CF set on error
	    AL = error code
		8Ch caller lacks privileges
		FEh not permitted to search directory
		FFh file not found
	CF clear if successful
	    AL = 00h (success)
	    CL = current extended file attributes (see #01804)
